Basic Rules to Follow in Setting up Various Email Clients
Email:  name@yourdomain.com
Internet POP3 Incoming Mail Server Settings - Any of the following:
pop.yourdomain.com
mail.yourdomain.com
yourdomain.com
Internet SMTP Outgoing Mail Server - Any of the following:
smtp.yourdomain.com
mail.yourdomain.com
yourdomain.com
Many ISP's block the SMTP Relay causing outgoing messages to bounce. By setting the SMTP Port settings to 26 fixes this issue.
The "My Server Requires Authentication" option needs to be set along with "Use settings as my incoming mail server". (This "Authentication" is named differently in various email clients)
